When buying or selling a home, the experience should be pleasurable. As a full time Century 21 agent, I take pride in "being there" during all aspects of the real estate transaction. I am a tough negotiator, but with a calmness that will produce a succesful closing! Communication is the key to a positive real estate experience.
Today's real estate market can be challenging, and many people may find themselves in a situation where they need to sell their house for less than what they owe the mortgage company. This is known as a short sale. I am short sale certified, and I can help my clients navigate the entire process, which can be very overwhelming without the support of a qualified agent.
I have lived in Charlotte for more than 30 years, and consider myself a native of this beautiful city. My two children attend CMS public schools, and I have volunteered in many parent leadership roles such as PTA President, and School Leadership Chairperson.
Whether my clients are buying or selling a home, I can use my extensive knowledge of the Charlotte market to negotiate the best deal.
